Our manufacturing methodology encompasses a concept of total concept of computer integrated manufacturing process (CIM-Computer Integrated Manufacturing), through a combination of procedures of CAD design, CAM engineering and programming, controlled by a quality control system which is regulated and duly certified according to the ISO (International Standardization Organization) regulations of their 9001:2015 version.
We comply with the highest national and international standards on wind resistance via joint weld reinforcement, we use MIG welding processes with the highest technology through waveform control and STT (Surface Tension Transfer), through them we obtain constant penetrations on longitudinals up to 60% on lighting poles and a 90% on distribution poles.
Our inspection systems meet the highest demands on control via non-destructive inspection, using methods such as: X-Ray, ultrasound, penetrating liquids, etc. These among others on top of the particular demands of our clients with the end of satisfy and exceed their expectations.
Our cutting line is completely automized; we control longitude and angle of cut with servo-controlled movement mechanisms. The folding process is realized on a curtain press equipped with 7 servo-movement axes which are controlled by a completely computerized system, manually and automatically controlled from a local HMI. The welding lines are equipped with the highest Seam-Tracker technology, and its sources count with shape, frequency and superficial tension transfer technology. This allows us to keep the residual tension deformations on the steel to a minimum.
The manipulation of raw material and finished product is realized with special hoisting equipment that can handle products that have asymmetric gravity centers.
